The Lounge

The lounge has two, three seater luxury leather sofas offering comfortable seating for 6 adults. Within the lounge is a beautiful oak dining table with 6 leather bound dining chairs. (A high chair is available and is stored in the garage)

For your entertainment there is a 37" Plasma TV, Sky satellite decoder ('Free to Air' channels), DVD player, high quality music system and, for the children (or adults) a Playstation2.

There is a varied selection of DVD films, Playstation games and music CD's covering all tastes. There is also a varied selection of books and board games for both adults and children.

For the winter months there is a gorgeous cast iron log burning fire with glass door. The villa also benefits from central heating.

The Terrace

Off the lounge is a set of double French doors leading onto the terrace area. There you will find a beautiful teak extending patio table with six very sturdy teak chairs, all with cushions. There is also a garden bench and traditional Spanish barbecue.

The patio, pool and garden

To ensure the garden is in excellent condition for your visit, it is beautifully maintained all year round by a specialist company. The garden has an abundance of lovely plants and its very own lemon and orange trees.

The private pool has lighting for night-time swimming and there is also an external shower for use before and after your swim.

The patio area is extremely large with ample space for the six quality sunloungers.

There is good night time lighting both on the terrace and on the patio which creates a wonderful ambience for al fresco dining.

The Kitchen

Unlike many Spanish villas, the kitchen is separate from the lounge and not open plan. The kitchen is well appointed with integral dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. There is a 4 ring electric hob and an electric oven with extractor fan above. There is also a filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and toaster. (There is a plumbed in washing machine in the garage).

You will find ample, good quality drinking glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

A door leads out from the kitchen to the terrace.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Ground floor double bedroom which is served by the ground floor bathroom. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a standard double bed.

Bedroom 2 - First floor double bedroom served by first floor bathroom. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. A travel cot is also available and is stored within the wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - First floor double bedroom served by first floor bathroom. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 single beds.

The garage

Whilst the villa has a garage, there is also plenty of private parking directly outside. There is ample lighting both on the boundary wall and in the covered entrance porch for your safety and comfort.

Internal access to the garage can be gained via the hallway. As mentioned previously, there is a washing machine, and in addition an iron and ironing board. There is also a variety of inflatables which you are welcome to use in/around the pool.
