TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices are per week for the villa, with a maximum occupancy of six people. The prices are inclusive of Bed Linen and Bathroom Towels (Bathroom towels are not for beach, pool or sunlounger use) and normal usage of electricity, heating oil and water.

Changeover day is Friday and the property must be vacated by 10am on that day to allow for cleaning and incoming guests. (Under certain circumstances other arrival days may be considered.)

A 25% non-refundable booking deposit will be required with the remainder due for payment eight weeks prior to departure. If the departure date is within eight weeks of booking then the full payment is required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of payment not having been received eight weeks prior to departure.

A returnable security deposit of £250 (Two hundred and fifty pounds Sterling) will be requested and held until the property has been checked for any damage, major breakages and/or excessive use of energy.

Payment is required in £ UK and can be made by cheque or electronic money transfer. (Cheques made payable to Mrs. V Powell)

You are requested to leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay with dishes washed and all rubbish cleared away. The property will be cleaned on your departure in preparation for incoming guests and, if found to be in a particularly dirty state, extra cleaning charges will be deducted from your security deposit.

If you use the barbecue, you are requested to clean this at the end of your stay.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

Guests should ensure they have made adequate provision for insurance cover in the event of cancellation. For your own protection, a comprehensive travel insurance policy should be obtained.
