A Boat trip is a great way to visit other local towns and beaches and also take in the stunning Costa Brava coastline. Boats leave regularly from the beach at Sant Antoni de Calonge and Platja d'Aro and visit many of the other beaches along this stretch of coast. The slopes of the Pyrenees are the perfect place to enjoy ski mountaineering and cross-country. There is no better way of getting real solitude than ski-traversing in the Pyrenees in winter. Snowboarding is also a big thing in the Pyrenees, and boarders are well catered for in virtually every resort.
